Hooking those young guns and fishermen is priceless but be careful...I took my son fishing to Rush Lake in MN about 15 years ago for three years in a row, now he lives 20 minutes from there and very near Ottertail Lake. I still live in NE and now he lets me use his boat. Only problem...we are 9 hours apart.

I received in the mail today the 2016 Iowa Light Goose Harvest Survey. I think this is the first light goose survey I have ever received. Any one else get one? Wonder if the results are ever posted anywhere?

I guess the intent of the survey is to help measure Iowa's harvest of light geese. I would be interested to know that figure. I am guessing it's not to high.
